Overview

Rocco Rossi - only in his forty’s has had an adventurous career that brings an impressive scope of experience to his public speaking. Most recently he has been appointed the National Liberal Party Director. In 2008, as the then CEO of the Heart and Stroke Foundation he was joined by a 100 business leaders on the first-ever Heart and Stroke 7 Summits expedition. An experienced adventurer, Rocco has walked 900 km of the fabled Camino de Santiago in Spain twice, has kayaked solo from Toronto to Ottawa, and cycled the entire 1900 km length of Yonge Street from Rainy River to Toronto during which he raised almost $400,000 for the Heart and Stroke’s Public Defibrillator initiative.

He has also held an extensive career in the private sector with senior roles at the Toronto Star, Labatt/Interbrew and The Boston Consulting Group. Rocco sits or has sat on a number of private, public, and charitable boards including AMR, the Ivey Foundation, the Internet Advertising Bureau of Canada, and the United Way of Greater Toronto. Rocco is graduate of McGill University (BA Honours) and Princeton (MA Politcs).
