Bike through all of Mother Nature’s finest breathing in crisp clean air cycling along mountain ridges, by glacier-fed lakes and rivers.Dip your line into some of the best trout streams in the world. Revel in the abundant wildlife that surrounds you - majestic moose, elk, coyote, noisy whiskey jacks, black bears and the elusive mountain lion. The Kootenay River Valley was the destination of choice for the first ever recorded journey for pleasure through the Canadian Rocky Mountains in 1841. Today you can offer your family no better remote and natural playground to experience the infamous high points of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Hike with the company and wisdom of a Certified Canadian Mountain Guide into the spectacular mountain alpine. A camera is a must to capture the beauty of what will be difficult to describe.

Ponder the tough choices for the evening: relaxing hot tubs, campfires, a family trip into Radium Hot Spring for a hot pool soak, a book cozied next to your cabin’s wood burning stove. 

Thrill in a river raft ride on the Kootenay River - a fabulous vantage point from which to take in wildlife and varied river scapes.

Go out on your own - bike or hike and discover the crystal clear emerald green water and waterfalls of the Cross River.
