Overview

Paddle through the enchanting Toronto Islands; learn about the human and natural history of the Great Lakes and feast on a deluxe picnic lunch. Learn some of the ancient Ojibway language and then stretch your legs and walk a shoreline trail with a park naturalist - all with the beautiful skyline of Toronto as a backdrop.

Choose from an adventure menu that will energize your group - a series  of active components: paddle Voyageur Canoes across the Toronto Harbour, zodiac up the Humber, mountain bike down the Don Valley, navigate, build, beach ... The Fresh Air Challenge objective is for participants to be active and have fun. You can decide whether you run this event as a race with time incentives and amp up the competitive quotient or as a non competitive fun team building outing. Every course is 100% customized.

The Toronto Island Fresh Air Challenge can range from a few hours to a full day program and is targeted to groups of 10 to 300. No experience or special fitness is required.

Options

Toronto Island Maple Martini Dinner and Bonfire

Paddle through the island waterways in a 10-person canoe. Arrive at an outdoor campsite, relax and take in the "island hospitality". Sip a Maple martini in front of the bonfire; take part in the corn roast and apple bake, feast on smoked trout and bison burgers. After dinner - sing along with the Canadian folk musician. Enjoy the lights of the Toronto skyline as the ferry takes you back to the mainland.
