Langford and Company salutes you and your team’s desire to "walk the talk" and enact your corporate values by giving back to your community. Good corporate citizenship beautifully demonstrates how win-win thinking can be both good for business and your community. Though we can propose and implement for you many volunteer projects - there is an even greater sense of satisfaction derived from creating your own initiative that is both meaningful to the participants and their core business and values.

Langford and Company will workshop your Values in Action program which will involve:
•    a collective team response as to why get involved and what the community inititiative will mean to its recipients and to your company,
•    energizing the team in order to surface creative and anything goes ideas by all,
•    determining what top 2 corporate community support initiatives will be chosen,
•    team planning the pre, during and post initiative elements

We will work with your team to ensure a practical and rewarding volunteer initiative and we will be there to facilitate all aspects of your implementation day.
