Join us for a wilderness gastronomic experience that combines in summer -caneoing, hiking or fishing, and in winter - dogsledding snowshoeing or back country skiing, an overnight at the Algonquin Log Cabin and a wild game feast with wine served up by Ontario’s celebrated wine maker Norman Hardie.
We are delighted to have Norm join us at the Log Cabin for two days of fresh air and wild game / wine pairings. Norm’s Pinot Noir and County Chardonnay are rated among the best wines in Canada. Mr. Hardie’s past roles include being the sommelier and restaurant manager at Toronto’s Four seasons. This adventure includes a return shuttle from downtown Toronto with an afternoon of select Algonquin activities, accommdoation at the Algonquin Log Cabin and a wild game feast with wine pairings - prepared by Norman Hardie. The shuttle returns to Toronto Sunday evening. Choose to travel in style by float plane and take in a fantastic bird’s eye view of Algonquin Park.
